My Village was chosen to be on the NSW Premier's Reading Challenge booklist for 3-4 year olds for 2009 and was awarded the White Ravens 2009 inclusion in their influential catalogue for Bologna Book Fair. It has also just been chosen by librarians as one of a few books to be featured in an upcoming library promotion across the UK.

My Village contains 22 rhymes from Iran to Iceland with beautiful illustrations and an introduction by UK author and Children's Laureate Michael Rosen.
